Clothing Return Policy
At EMH Designs we empathize with fashion aficionados being picky about their clothing, so we offer a 30-day return policy meaning you can shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Returns:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused or appear unused. We understand if you tried it on once and decided it's not for you—that's totally fine! We just kindly ask you fold the item and return it in its in original plastic packaging.
Exclusions: Items that are obviously worn, damaged, or stained will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
Request a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team by emailing us through the About page submission tab on our website. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to make it easy.
Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging plastic packaging, than insert into any appropriate sized soft envelope or small box.
Ship It Back: Attach the prepaid return label and send the item back to us.
Refund Options:
Once we receive your return, you can choose from one of the following options:
A full refund to your original payment method.
An exchange for a different size, color, or product.
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your return and issue the refund, credit, or exchange after receiving your returned item.
Return Shipping Costs:
We will cover all return shipping costs. You won’t have to pay a thing to send your item back to us.

Artwork Return Policy
At EMH Designs, we take great pride in our original mixed media artworks and the love that goes into creating. Due to the unique and custom nature of our art, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on paintings, commissions, or other original artwork unless damaged during shipment.
Condition of Artwork
All artwork is inspected by local EMH artisans prior to being gift wrapped, packed, and shipped to ensure security during transportation. Upon receiving your art, please have a conversation with the canvas and inspect it immediately to confirm it has arrived in perfect condition. We do not accept returns on artwork that has been altered, damaged, or worn after it’s been delivered to you.
Damage During Shipment
While we strive to ensure your artwork arrives safely, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your art is damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered:
Insured Shipping: All original artwork is insured through the shipper.
Report Damage Promptly: If your artwork arrives damaged, please report the damage within 5 days of receipt. You can contact us directly at ethan@emhdesigns.net to initiate the process.
Repair or Replacement: In the event of damage during shipping, we will either repair the artwork or create a new piece of the same size as agreed upon with you.
Timeframe: Additional time may be required for repairs or to create a new painting. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Insurance Claims: Claims against the shipper will be handled by EMH Designs. Any resulting payouts and/or compensation will go directly to us for repair or creation of a new piece. Insurance payouts will not be issued to customers.
How to Report a Problem
If you have received artwork that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to ethan@emhdesigns.net within 5 days of receiving your artwork to report any issues.
Provide Evidence: Please include photos of the damage and packaging to help us process your claim efficiently.
Wait for Instructions: Once we receive your information, we’ll provide you with next steps for either a repair or a replacement.
